LEGE-CC provides a wide range of services that can be purchased, according to the Price list. Please contact us via e-mail for more information on any of the following:

• Culture supply
• LEGE-CC supplies 2 x 5 ml tubes of culture in liquid medium.
• Shipping is performed 3-4 weeks after ordering and payment (check Price list).
• We cannot guarantee the viability of strain cultures upon receipt. Yet, provided that LEGE-CC is notified within 2 weeks of dispatch, if cultures arrive in an unsatisfactory condition we can replace them.
• Strain isolation
• Isolations of strains can be performed via micromanipulation or plate.
• The strains should be within the ABS compliance (authorization and sample location should be provided)
• Strain identification following modern taxonomy
• LEGE-CC can identify cyanobacteria and microalgae strains.
• Molecular (16S or 18S) and morphological approaches
• Public and safe deposits
• Prior to shipping, users wishing to deposit a private strain must submit a Private Collection Deposit Form for each strain, sign and return our Terms and Conditions for Private Deposit.
• LEGE-CC staff will verify their identity and purity of the strains. If the strain passes this initial assessment, it will be handled as stated in the Private Collection Deposit Form for the stated term of the agreement. Users will be billed, based upon the requested deposit option (check Price list).
• Maintenance in active liquid culture when the strain can be grown in standard LEGE-CC conditions
