The database from the LEGE Culture Collection is being populated with information for each strain (including strain description, taxonomic-related data, origin, culture conditions, references and other relevant info). The collection comprises 386 cyanobacterial strains, several of them unique among the (phylogenetic) diversity of the group. Soon, it will be possible to search for and order strain cultures from LEGE CC directly from this website.
